This whole house has everything you'll need to make your stay a great experience. In this spacious and cozy space, you'll be greeted by a spacious and airy living room that is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and warm lighting and fast wifi. The living room also features a flat-screen TV with streaming services, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
There’s a fully stocked modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. From pots/pans, dishes, a toaster, an air fryer, a microwave, a full-size fridge, a granite countertop, utensils, and a coffee station with complimentary coffee and access to washer and dryer.
Our home has three bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings - with one bedroom offering a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair for your office needs. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with warm, neutral colors, making them the perfect place to unwind and get a good night's sleep. All beds are outfitted with quality white sheets and white down comforters. We provide clean linens and fresh towels.
There is one bathroom that is clean and modern, with a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and basic toiletries provided for your convenience.
You can stay entertained by our FireStick-enabled 43" TV located in the living room, board games, books, or record player, which has lots of old-school vinyl records.
There's a lovely deck/patio area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The patio overlooks a beautifully landscaped backyard, which provides a tranquil setting for your stay.
Our fenced-in backyard offers a peaceful, picturesque, well-maintained landscaped setting, with a lush lawn, trees, and flowers that create a tranquil oasis for guests to relax and enjoy.
Guests can sit by the creek and listen to the water flow or gather with friends and family around the fire pit. The firepit is perfect for roasting marshmallows, enjoying a glass of wine, or simply enjoying the warmth and ambiance of a crackling fire on cool evenings.
Guests have full access to the entire property. There are three (3) parking spots available on the property. Street parking is not available.
Please note the following:
- Upon booking, you will be asked to provide a copy of your ID and sign a short rental agreement confirming that you agree to our house rules. We will not be able to proceed with your reservation unless this agreement is signed.
- There is a maximum of 6 occupants to a reservation. All guests must be on the reservation.
- Pack and play / portable crib and baby gates available for families with infants
- There is a fire pit and grill on the property. Guests must supply their own wood, charcoal, and lighter fluid. The fire must be completely extinguished after each use.
- We do not allow parties, large gatherings, or events. A breach of the reservation rules can result in immediate cancellation of the booking and removal from the property.
- No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc.) will incur a charge.
- Our home has external facing motion and sound-detecting Ring video cameras for added security.
